Corporate Plan

In a changing world, our aims and aspirations for the future are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure we meet the needs of our customers and partners. As the UK's largest leisure and cultural trust, GLL has grown from strength to strength, operating over 380 high-standard, inclusive, and accessible venues, and welcoming over 59 million visitors annually. In light of our 30th anniversary, we've unveiled our ambitious new five-year corporate plan.

GLL Gender Pay Report 2025

The gender pay gap is a measure of the difference between men’s and women’s average earnings across the same organisation or the labour market as a whole. In 2025, the UK the gender pay gap was 6.9% - down from 7.0% in 2024 (source: Office for National Statistics, April 2024) in favour of men.

Our median gender pay gap is -2.4%. This means that the median average hourly pay of our females is 2.4% higher than our males.
